Shortly after posting Anonymous Complaints Filed Against Elected and Appointed Officials I received a the email below from Jeff Penta. The email was specific to the complaint ‘02/20/2026 – Town Councilor Shawn Faber and Planning Board Member Jeff Penta – Code of Ethics Violation’

I can’t speak to the other complaints nor am I responsible for doing so, but this was reviewed by the Town Manager as it relates to the complaint filed against me and actions on 11/5.
